Fall 2024
In this last week of October, it has finally rained and … Encouraging everyone to VOTE!
We celebrated our Wedding Anniversary with dinner and then a spectacular view of the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis – October). A FIRST (for us) to see the Aurora this far South. An unusually warm night and not a cloud in the sky. We could see across the fields for miles and miles. We were awestruck! 2024 has been a celestial year indeed – The full eclipse (April) then and a partial lunar eclipse (September).

Photographs:
Last year was challenging and for a time I’d set the camera and brush down … though not completely idle. After all the years of creating photographs, there are images that are on my bucket list and a Hummingbird was one. After much patience and perseverance it finally happened. A male Ruby-Throated Hummingbird. Pure joy!
Summer was filled with a bit travel, lots of family, catching up with friends, and more. It has been busy.
Hands in the Dirt, and I’d redrawn/updated the set of drawings of the landscaping that I’d designed so long ago. As Winter is right around the corner, it is time to let Mother Nature take over and await what Spring will bring. ACCOMPLISHED!
Onto the next projects as we settle into the Winter Season – Life IS good. Until the next post…
Thank you for following along.
